Azure Cloud L1 Support – Roles & Responsibilities
Azure Cloud L1 (Level-1) Support is the first line of technical support responsible for monitoring, basic troubleshooting, incident handling, and escalation in Microsoft Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring & Alert Management
– Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
– Identify VM, CPU, memory, disk, and network alerts
– Create incidents as per SOP
2. Incident & Ticket Management
– Log incidents in ServiceNow / Jira
– Classify tickets (P1–P4)
– Ensure SLA compliance
